At Banana Arena, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy explains our terms for transformation purchases and digital services. Because our service provides instant digital goods (personalized transformations), our refund policy differs from physical products.

Personalized Transformation Refunds

✓ Eligible for Refund

  • Unused credits: If you haven't used any of your purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Technical issues: If our service experiences prolonged technical difficulties that prevent you from using your credits, we'll provide a refund or credit extension.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, we'll refund the duplicate amount.

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used transformation: Credits that have been used to create content cannot be refunded, as the digital service has been delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction with results: Due to the subjective nature of AI-powered image transformation, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preferences for output quality.
  • Violation of terms: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email and transaction ID
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll respond within 2-3 business days

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund through Paddle's system, which will automatically update your account credits. Refunds typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other methods: May vary by provider

Refund transactions are recorded in our database for your records and our accounting purposes.

Partial Refunds

If you've used some credits but not all, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused credits remaining in your account as recorded in our database. We will review your account history and credit balance to determine the appropriate refund amount.
